Some monster I put together for a venture into a forest shrounded in a mysterious fog

So cool. When it says that the Mist Walker can use the Eye, Mouth, and Hand actions, does that mean it just has those options, or can it literally separate its eyes/hands/mouth from its body to create one of the other monsters? Because that’d be a cool variant.
