Getting into something opensource like Libreoffice or Inkscape/GIMP might get more traction. Then others could fork your idea and add to it, or personalize it.
Perhaps all you need to do is export the graphic borders, icons and things.
Runehammer already shares the fonts, which I know work in Libreoffice.

Oh nice! Where would I find the Runehammer fonts? I could update this guide to look even more ICRPGish and then share via GIMP.

its at the bottom, named ’ ICRPG InDesign Adventure Template’.
its a zip file, and the 2 fonts are in a sub folder.
If you want, you could add another page for DM stuff, like DEW, TTTs, DDDs, dynamic dice, etc.
